Plan, manage, and optimize resource capacity across manufacturing plants, production lines, and cross-functional teams Utilize SAP S/4HANA to translate operational data into actionable workforce and production plans Manage resource allocation and ensure alignment between demand forecasts and available capacity Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and project teams to support production schedules and timelines Use Wrike to track project resources, assignments, and workload distribution Conduct regular resource and capacity reviews to identify gaps, conflicts, and bottlenecks Develop and maintain staffing, shift, and utilization plans based on business demand Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for performance tracking and decision-making Analyze resource utilization trends and recommend optimization strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve resource constraints and prioritize work effectively Support training and adoption of planning tools, processes, and best practices across teams Ensure smooth execution of S&OP and production planning processes through effective resource alignment

Job Title: SAP SCM Resource Manager Location: Remote (10–20% travel to manufacturing plants as needed) Duration: 6 months Employment Type: Contract (W2 or C2C) Rate: Hourly + Expenses Reimbursed Overview We are seeking a hands-on SAP Resource Manager to support capacity planning, resource allocation, and project staffing across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will leverage SAP S/4HANA and Wrike to align workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines Translate SAP data into actionable staffing and shift plans Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand forecasts Conduct resource reviews, resolve allocation conflicts, and support project timelines Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports using Excel and Power BI Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements Train teams on tools, workflows, and best practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in resource planning, capacity management, or similar roles (manufacturing or supply chain preferred) Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Wrike Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI strongly preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer goods or process manufacturing environments Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and production planning concepts Experience in project or portfolio management environments
